What does ecstatic living look like to you? (New Podcast Conversation with Jen Piceno)

posted in: Blog Posts | 0

You’re invited to join Jen Piceno and I for a spontaneous discussion about art, motherhood, and ecstatic living. Ecstatic isn’t a word I use often. So, I looked up the definitions and, in addition to an overwhelming joyful excitement, it also refers to a spiritual experience of total involvement and awareness beyond ordinary. I was reminded of the way I described delight on the back of my first book and surprised to see that I had even used the word ecstatic in the wording: “Delight can be ecstatic and exciting or strong and soft serenity and inner peace. Delight is a fascinating spark glowing inside us. See it twinkling in your eyes.”

I hope you enjoy the conversation below and allow yourself to expand in whatever ways delightful, ecstatic living feels good to you. (The podcast is also available on all the main platforms: Apple, Spotify, Buzzsprout, and Amazon Music plus several smaller platforms if you have a preference and want to subscribe on one of those.)
