Open Eyes ~ Poetic Photography Announcement

I hope that my offerings and presence honor, appreciate, explore, celebrate, share, and reflect sacred beauty and blessings in a wild, wonderful world and each of us. (Click any image to enlarge and view more clearly)

The image above features a message to and from nature while I was sitting on the porch one day listening and writing poetry. I’m currently working on another book, which is a book of poetry! Based on recent requests, I’ve also added a new option in my shop for photography prints, and some of them feature excerpts from poetry or prayers digitally added to the images (without watermarks for author and website info of course!). I’ll be adding more based on requests, interest, and time. The first few are now available in the shop. I’m currently offering 5×7″ and 8×10″ options printed and shipped directly from a professional printer. The one below is available with or without the words of the prayer added.

Photography has been a life long love for me! I can still remember the first old bubblegum pink colored 110 camera I adored and the excitement getting the pictures back from being developed! Now, I love my digital camera. When I gave up creating art for too long (because I thought I didn’t have a ‘natural talent’ for it), photography was still there for me as a way to explore and appreciate the beauty.

I don’t have special equipment, software, or experience, but I do have a deep love, curiosity, patience, and reverence that often leads to some blessed moments captured that way. I’m glad to be able to share with those who have asked for prints and appreciate the imagery I have to offer.
